Lincoln County Community Development Corporation (LCCDC) is a nonprofit Community Housing Developer Organization whose mission is to develop and provide affordable housing. Since 1997 LCCDC has provided REACH certified Home Buyers Education class every other month. LCCDC implements as number of home ownership and rental programs.
